business for over 15 years. She has managed some of the top stores at her
former company. She brings many years of experience helping people and
understanding that the customer always comes first. Wendy has lived in the
Northland for many years. She enjoys spending time with her dogs Sam,
Ivy & Charley. She is readily available for her clients when
they find a home they want to buy.

Sonya has been in the real estate industry for
10 years, and is
highly experienced in providing customer service to all our clients on a
daily basis. Sonya manages over 100 transactions each year and works well with clients, agents, lenders and title companies to ensure a smooth and pleasant closing experience.
She manages the day-to-day activities that keep our office
going, and provides assistance with administrative duties, such as,
calling for feedback on showings, and producing periodic progress reports.
In addition, she assists in a multitude of ways, helping to expedite our
clients’ transactions.
